How we ship
We are a small shop and we do not hold stock. Orders are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse, which is why delivery takes 12–20 days to Germany, the Netherlands and Denmark, and why the price is what it is. You get a tracking link the day your parcel leaves. If it has not arrived within 30 days, you get your money back.
Your rights when you buy here
- 30 days to change your mind. You can return the lamp within 30 days of receiving it. No restocking fee and no argument. We pay the return.
- 2-year warranty. If the lamp fails within two years, we replace it.
- Right of withdrawal. As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Our own 30-day return window is longer than that and does not replace it.

Write to us first — almost everything is solved in one email. If we cannot agree, as an EU consumer you can also turn to the consumer dispute body in your own country.
